John Rizzotte is the owner and artist behind Lady May Tattoo, located at 800 Cape May Ave, Unit 1A in Mays Landing, New Jersey. He has been tattooing since 2015, bringing a well-rounded artistic background that began with painting ceramics alongside his grandmother and later evolved into spray-painted murals.

John is comfortable working in just about any tattoo style that comes through the door, but he especially enjoys black and grey and geometric tattoos. His artistic versatility and attention to detail have earned him multiple 1st place awards at tattoo conventions, as well as Best of the Press recognition in 2025.

A Local Artist Rooted in the Mays Landing Community

Originally from Egg Harbor Township, John moved to Mays Landing in 2018 with his wife. When he’s not tattooing, you’ll usually find him riding dirt bikes, snowboarding, hunting, or hanging out with his dogs, Kanati and Bouy. Sometimes, when you’re lucky, you’ll catch him enjoying his favorite sandwich, a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries and a side of Hot Honey Garlic at Freddy J’s Bar & Kitchen.
